Ruach Ministries, USA was born from a need to communicate God’s message of love and compassion to a people who had, seemingly, lost all hope. Pastor Harold Todd began the ministry in Dallas, TX in November 1999 as a small Newsletter which dealt with the development of Disciples in the New Testament. Later, after a move back to the Midwest in December 1999, Ruach became a teaching mechanism to illuminate the contents of the Holy Bible. Next it returned to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and began to mature as a teaching ministry.
